Essential Booking Rules & Policies
Child Policy:
- Children aged 0–5 years sharing with parents stay FREE (Max 1 child; 2nd child pays a fixed supplement).
- Children aged 6–11 years sharing pay the child rate per night.
- Children in their own room pay 75% of the adult double rate.
Festive Season Restrictions:
- Minimum stay of 3 nights required during the festive period (Dec 20 – Jan 3).
- No check-out permitted on December 24th and December 31st.
Cancellation Terms:
- Free cancellation up to 31 days before check-in.
- 50% charge for cancellations 8–30 days prior.
- 100% non-refundable for cancellations within 7 days (or within 31 days during the festive season).
